Setting up your FedEx Web Services connection is a multi-step process. Follow the instructions below to ensure your connection is set up properly.

1. Visit the FedEx Developer Portal at https://developer.fedex.com/ and login to your account.

2. Choose 'My Projects' from the main menu. If you have not yet created an Organization, you will be prompted to create one. Select 'I work for a company that Ships with FedEx and needs to integrate FedEx APIs', then complete the required company information (name, website, etc).

3. After creating your Organization, choose to 'Add Shipping Accounts' to your Organization. Complete the required information to add your FedEx shipping account to your Organization.

4. Choose 'My Projects' from the main menu. Choose to create a new project. Select 'I work for a company that Ships with FedEx and needs to integrate FedEx APIs'. Select the 'Ship, Rate and other APIs' option, and select the 'Address Verification API', 'Rates and Transit Times API' and 'Freight LTL API'. On the following page, enter 'Kryptronic FedEx Rates' for the Project Name, and choose 'United States' as your Country (used for testing purposes), and leave all other options at their default settings. On the last page, agree to the terms and create your project.

5. After your 'Kryptronic FedEx Rates' project is set up, choose to generate a Production API Key for your project. Use 'Kryptronic FedEx Rates' for the key name, select your shipping account, and create your key. Copy and save the API Key and Secret Key that are generated for you.

6. Choose 'My Projects' from the main menu. Choose to create a new project. Select 'I work for a company that Ships with FedEx and needs to integrate FedEx APIs'. Select the 'Track API' option. On the following page, enter 'Kryptronic FedEx Tracking' for the Project Name, and choose 'United States' as your Country (used for testing purposes), and leave all other options at their default settings. On the last page, agree to the terms and create your project.

7. After your 'Kryptronic FedEx Tracking' project is set up, choose to generate a Production API Key for your project. Use 'Kryptronic FedEx Tracking' for the key name, select your shipping account, and create your key. Copy and save the API Key and Secret Key that are generated for you.

8. Use your API credentials for the Rate and Track APIs, and your FedEx account infomration to complete the form below.

Please note: It may take up to one hour from the time your connection is configured until FedEx will begin returning rating and tracking info using the FedEx API.
